Some people may view vision boards as pointless arts and crafts projects. However, being able to place images that represent your plans on a board will bring them to life. You can manifest your dreams based on the photos you use.
Consider where you want to go
Be clear with your vision. What do you want to achieve? Where do you want to go? How do you want to get there? Who do you need with you to accomplish this? You should consider these things when choosing the images for your vision board.
Don't overwhelm your vision board
While you may have many goals you want to achieve, do not throw every one of them on one board. This can overwhelm you and cause you not to fulfill any of your goals. Instead, try focusing on the long-term goals on a smaller board with fewer ideas. Then use your short-term goals to achieve them.
Actually look at the vision board once completed
Your vision board won't do anything for you if you don't look over it. Once completed, do not throw it into a corner and allow it to collect dust with your other junk pile. Read over the quotes and the pictures that represent the life you want on a daily basis. You have to be invested in each item on the board if you wish to manifest your dreams.
If your vision board is digital, meaning you created it using an app on your phone, make it your phone background or lock screen. That way, you have no choice but to view it multiple times a day. Do not simply save it to your gallery and never re-visit it. Make sure you are laying eyes on the board often to manifest your dreams.
Vision boards should be used as a tool to help you make it to your life's purpose. They should motivate you and give you a graphical representation of what your life can be, but you have to want it. You have to view those images and act on them every single day to fulfill your objectives. All you need to create a vision board is a few magazines, cardboard from your local crafts store, glue and tape, a few friends over, and some good vibes. Or, you can simplify this process by downloading the Canva app and making your board within minutes.
