Rap icon Bun B is adding restaurateur to his resumé with the opening of his forthcoming Trill Burgers.
The UGK star will soon debut the burger eatery in Houston in collaboration with Andy Nguyen, founder, and owner of Afters Ice Cream.
In a statement posted on his Instagram, Bun shared that he’d been “fascinated with the culinary scene” for years before taking the leap into owning his restaurant.
"Join me in welcoming @trillburgers to the world! Follow us for more info on our next pop ups and watch as we take you on the burger ride of your life! Brick and mortar coming soon!” the 48-year-old wrote.
Though a permanent location has not been announced, Trill Burger’s first pop-up is scheduled for August 8th at Sticky’s Chicken in Houston. During the event, Trill Burger will debut their OG Classic and Grilled Onion Smashburger.
