The 31-year-old was initially arrested on April 22nd after attempting to flee from New Jersey police deputies who tried to stop him and ask for his license. As the rapper ran from officers, a loaded gun slipped from his pocket. This resulted in charges of possession of weapons for unlawful purposes, resisting arrest —eluding officers, possession of a defaced firearm, unlawful possession of firearms without a permit, and fugitive from justice.
He also shared the good news on Instagram Wednesday with a photo of him standing in a kitchen drinking from a plastic cup.
Though it is unclear if the charges were dropped or If he was granted a bond, fans immediately swarmed his comments to send their good wishes and congratulations.
Welcome home Fivio Foreign.
