Following his sold-out listening party in Atlanta at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium last Thursday (July 22nd), Kanye West has now made the stadium his home as he finishes his 10th studio album.
Fans packed the arena last week to preview the new records, which featured a surprise verse from former friend Jay-Z. After the event was over, most assumed that the album would be dropping that same night. However, fans were disappointed to learn that Ye would not be debuting the finished project until August 6th.
Instead of fleeing back to his Wyoming hideaway to complete the highly anticipated “DONDA,” Kanye has brought his private chef and made the stadium his home around the clock. He even popped out of his living quarters to enjoy the Atlanta United soccer game on Saturday (July 24th).
“DONDA” has reportedly been in the works for several years. However, with his presidential campaign, divorce, and public meltdowns, the album was delayed. But luckily for fans, they only have to wait another week for Kanye’s latest masterpiece.
Other guest appearances on the album include Lil Baby and Travis Scott.
