1017 star Pooh Shiesty may soon have his charges dropped in a recent Miami nightclub shooting after the victim recanted his account.
Frivin Dor, the security officer, allegedly shot by the "Back In Blood" artist inside King of Diamonds Miami, confirmed that the hospital administered him Dilaudid, a powerful opioid painkiller, on the night he was shot. When the detectives interviewed Dor, he was still on the Dilaudid, which heavily clouded his memory. The man says that he does not even remember speaking with investigators.
Shiesty's legal counsel, Saam Zangeneh and Bradford Cohen filed new documents this week with affirmed testimony from Dor recanting his initial account of what took place that night. In his latest statement, the security guard implies that he doesn't recall the 21-year-old rapper aiming a weapon at him nor shooting at him.
Dor also made it clear that he does not want to press charges against Shiesty or speak further with Florida authorities about the shooting.
This latest development comes nearly a week after a judge revoked Pooh Shiesty's bond from a previous incident and ruled that Shiesty should remain behind bars until trial.
