NBA Youngboy officially has the No. 1 album in the country.
Despite little radio exposure, no features, nor commercial hits, his latest album, "Sincerely, Kentrell," has dethroned Drake's "Certified Lover Boy" to become the Baton Rouge rapper's fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, and his third since 2020.
Since its release on September 24th, "Sincerely, Kentrell" has brought in 137,000 equivalent album units in the United States, 186.29 million on-demand streams, and 10,000 worth of pure sales for the week ending September 30th.
Unfortunately, the 21-year-old rapper remains in a Louisiana jail after being arrested on April 13th. He has pleaded not guilty to federal drug and weapons charges that stem from a raided music video shoot last year.
Though the circumstances are not ideal, let's continue to send the rapper well wishes and congrats on his latest milestone.
