After his manager accused his record label of withholding his music, it looks like Post Malone has resolved the matter, announcing that a new album is on the way.
During his sit down with Billboard, the star revealed that his album titled "Twelve Carat Toothache" is coming soon. The project will only be 45 minutes, becoming his shortest project to date. Post's last album, 2019's "Hollywood's Bleeding," is about six minutes longer.
Posts manager Dre London previously slammed Republic Records in an Instagram post, claiming that the album was completed but was being blocked from release. Thankfully for fans, it appears that they've found common ground.
Post Malone is sure to score another high-selling album, with fans eager for his return. "Hollywood's Bleeding" album went triple-platinum in April 2021. While there is not a release date for "Twelve Carat Toothache," the 26-year-old says he is not chasing record sales this time around.
"I've made a lot of compromises, especially musically, but now I don't feel like I want to anymore. I don't need a No. 1; that doesn't matter to me no more, and at a point, it did," he explained.
