West Coast icon Snoop Dogg and internationally renowned comedian Kevin Hart are set to debut an Olympics commentary series exclusively streaming on Peacock.
Deadline reported that the two icons are joining forces for "Olympic Highlights with Kevin Hart and Snoop Dogg." In the show, the duo will recap the most stunning moments from the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Hart's Laugh Out Loud Studios is set to produce the show. Paul Pawlowski will be the series executive producer and showrunner, while Hart, Jeff Clanagan, and Candice Wilson Cherry will also executive produce.
As of now, there are very few details surrounding the show. However, fans are ecstatic to see Uncle Snoop continuing his new career path as a sports commentator. Since commentating on last year's boxing match between Nate Robinson and Jake Paul, fans have urged the rapper to continue doing on with his hilarious athletic analysis. The Olympics will begin in Tokyo on July 23rd, so one can only assume that the show will air on or around that day.
Hart first hinted that he and Snoop were collaborating on a project while speaking at NBCUniversal's upfront presentation in May. The "Laugh At My Pain" star stated at the time that the two were "working on some more hilarious content that will be coming to you soon."
