Congrats are in order for Yo Gotti, who has been named Spotify’s RapCaviar “All-RapCaviar Coach Of The Year” for his success as a music mogul.
In recent years, Yo Gotti has transitioned from rapper to music executive. He has been credited with molding the careers of 42 Dugg, EST Gee, and Moneybagg Yo through his Collective Music Group or CMG, which continues to grow.
Gotti took to Instagram to celebrate the honor, writing “S/o @rapcaviar #CMGRecords Salute to all my Bro’s Yall Real CHAMPIONS ! #TrueHustlers @carlchery Waddup.”
Last month, the “Gangsta Party” star took CMG to the next level by partnering with Interscope Geffen A&M. The move gives him and his artists more resources to develop their careers with the help of a major label behind them.
“We share the same vision about winning – we want to break barriers, disrupt the industry and develop the next generation of superstars. I’m thrilled to partner with them as I continue focusing on CMG’s expansion,” Gotti said in a statement announcing the partnership.
Salute to Yo Gotti and the entire CMG team.
