Rapper Young M.A. has checked into rehab as she battles an unspecified addiction.
Several days ago, the 29-year-old took to her Instagram to reveal her decision to seek help in a now-deleted post which read, “bouta lose this addiction…omw to rehab.” She also wrote on her IG Story, “MAB I’ll be back.”
While the “OOOUUU” rapper didn’t specify her drug of choice, she has never been shy about her love for Hennessy, leading fans to speculate that she is receiving treatment for alcoholism.
On Tuesday (June 22), Young M.A. tweeted a prayer on Twitter, where she asked for “comfort” in her "suffering."
“Give me such confidence in the power of your grace that even when I am afraid, I may put my whole trust in you,” part of the tweet wrote.
Loving God, I pray that you will comfort me in my suffering, lend skill to the hands of my healers, and bless the means used for my cure. Give me such confidence in the power of your grace, that even when I am afraid, I may put my whole trust in you— Young M.A (@YoungMAMusic) June 22, 2021
In the past, she has vehemently denied engaging in heavy drug use, admitting that marijuana and alcohol were her only vices of choice.
Hopefully, Young M.A. gets the help she needs.
